Player Success Stories

 

Since we began in 2013 we have had many success stories, the main achievement being each player developing their football ability and enjoyment of the game

​

We have strong links with local Professional Clubs and have seen the following during this time

- 1 player signed by Northampon Town FC

- 3 player's joining the elite squad at Tottenham FC

- 2 player's trial with Watford FC 

- 5 player's training with Leicester City FC elite squad

- 4 Player's signed by MK Dons FC

When is training?

 

Our 'Football Academy' season will run throughout the school year term time only, open to all players ages 5 to 12 and can be booked online.

Training Groups

We have age appropriate training groups based on the ages of the players that sign up each term

​

​

Greater Player attention

​

We work to a strict coach:player ratio in each group allowing a higher level of player attention from our qualified FA coaches.

Do we play matches?

​

The 'Academy' don't play matches the focus is on developing their individual skills.​

​

Measuring & rewarding progress

 

At the end of each block of of training players will receive a progress report

based on a age-appropriate '4-corner model'.

​

This unique age-appropriate progress report identifies to each player the levels they are achieving and how they can improve; and most importantly highlights the progress they are making. 

​

At the end of each block all Player's receive a prize.

 

Coaches’ credentials

 

Scott McCafferty an ex professional and semi-professional footballer is the Academy Director. Assisted by experienced UEFA B and FA level 2 Coaches we will deliver this innovative programme of football.
